Talisman has been retained to find a General Manager for a privately owned group of companies, supplying specialist machined components and structures into major aerospace organisations.
The person will have full P&L responsibility for the facility and be part of the executive management team reporting into the CEO.
They will drive process excellence across the business to meet customer needs and lead best in class continuous improvement initiatives.
This opportunity requires strong leadership, down to earth communication style and robust people management skills, the ability to influence and manage relationships effectively on a 360 basis.
